That is why our Cream Buns have such a short shelf life, and why, until now we have been unable to deliver them to customers in distant locations.
However, as more and more customers told us that they wanted to take our Cream Buns home as souvenirs or send them to relatives, we kept working hard to develop a way to deliver our cream buns to people all over the country. Those efforts culminated in a freezing technology that we call the “Snowmelt Rich Production Method.”
When freezing the Cream Buns, the ice particles are “miniaturized” using a special technology, which has helped us succeed in curtailing deterioration through freezing.
As a result, even after thawing, the Cream Buns retain the same softness of the bread, and the flavor and smooth texture of the cream as when they are freshly made.
Things to remember when eating our Cream Buns
※ The use-by date for our Cream Buns is 2:00 p.m. on the day after the day of purchase. Keep them refrigerated before eating.
※ Our cream buns are not frozen, but delivered chilled on the day they are made .
As the cream seeps into the bun, the bun will become moist and soften.
Keep it in the wrapper when you eat it.
